In January, IQ (Eleven ZETT Productions) took part in a conference organized by Think Tank Innovations for Health and The Polish Mother’s Memorial Hospital Research Institute - Why we are not effective in treating civilization diseases? under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Health.
Ewelina Zych-Myłek, an expert in communication in health care and CEO of IQ, was moderator of the debate on the prevention and prevention of cardiovascular diseases in Poland attended by: Radosław Sierpiński (Adviser to the Minister of Health and Minister of Health Plenipotentiary for Medical Research Agencies) prof. Maciej Banach (Director of the Polish Mother’s Memorial Hospital Research Institute, Chairman of the Polish Lipidological Society, President of Think Tank Innovations for Health), Artur Olsiński (Director of the Lodz Department of the National Health Fund), prof. Jacek Jóźwiak (Coordinator of the May - Month of Pressure Measurement, College of Family Physicians), prof. Piotr Jankowski (Secretary of the Polish Cardiac Society), prof. Marcin Grabowski (Cardiology Clinic of the Warsaw Medical University) and Marek Kustosz (representative of the Heart for Cardiology coalition). Experts discussed the shape of care coordinated in the Polish healthcare system, the role of education in building patients' awareness, and thus - cooperation between the doctor and the patient in achieving a therapeutic goal or prophylaxis as a cost to the state budget.
