About the Project

On 7th and 8th March 2019, the Eleven ZETT Productions team participated in the 4th Health Challenges Congress in Katowice, one of the largest European forums of discussions devoted to health in its interdisciplinary approach. This time, the 4th edition of the event was connected with the 2nd New Technologies in Cardiovascular Diseases Conference (NTEC), which brought even greater variety of topics.

This year, Eleven ZETT Productions had the honor to co-organize an important session "Atherosclerosis and chronic ischemia of the lower limbs - the situation of patients in Poland", during which pre-eminent experts in cardiology, cardiac surgery and vascular surgery as well as representatives of state institutions, decision makers and members of patient organizations discussed about the shocking statistics of amputation of the lower limbs in the country. What can we do about it? This question was answered by: prof. Andrzej Bochenek MD PhD (Member of the Supervisory Board, Polish-American Heart Clinics), prof. Paweł Buszman MD PhD (CEO, American Heart of Poland), Maciej Miłkowski (Undersecretary of State, Ministry of Health), Marek Kustosz (“Serce dla kardiologii/Heart for Cardiology” Coalition), Przemysław Nowakowski MD PhD (Head of the Vascular Surgery Department, Lesser Poland Cardiovascular Centre) and Anna Zwolan (Vice-President, Social Insurance Institution). Debate was moderated by Ewelina Zych-Myłek, Expert in Healthcare Communication and CEO in IQ (Eleven ZETT Productions).
